The bedrooms (without walk in robes) have robes manufactured by a local cabinet maker. They are constructed using quality laminates with shelves, hangers and solid backs.

We have connected the living room lights and your front door bell to start you off but can automate many other facets in your home for relatively little cost.

An electronic doorbell and video camera is set up so that you can be notified on your phone if anyone rings your doorbell.

Selected locations have a combined Double Power and USB charging ports to allow you to charge your mobile phone and tablet with just your cable.

We install a power outlet and network socket near the main switch board along with a conduit for the Fibre Optic NBN cable. This will give you the highest quality fibre optic NBN connection right to your house. Network sockets have been installed in each bedroom and living room and in a central location to control them. It allows a quick, cost effective, cable based high speed internet connection throughout the home. You can still use wireless but have permanent devices (such as smart TV’s) connected via network cable for performance and reliability.

A secure parcel box has been included allowing you to have parcels delivered securely to your home even when you are not there

The landscaping will be completely finished and ready to be enjoyed the day you move in. We have turf rolled out, garden beds built, the backyard perimeter planted with a lush screening plant and feature plants and trees to your front garden.

All of this landscaping is then automatically irrigated with a computer controlled irrigation system controlling an underground sprinkler system. Set what you want to water and how often and it will do the rest.

The computer controller is accessible from a phone app allowing you to change the automatic program wherever you. At work and you see it starting to rain, just select the option to turn it off.

It may sound obvious but we have found we need to mention this – your  driveway and footpaths around the house will be concreted and finished. Nothing else to do.

A colorbond fence will be installed as part of your home purchase. The fence will include the rear boundary, and side boundaries up to the front facade of your home.

Where possible, we have provided the vehicle access to your backyard with a rear roller door. Not all lot/home designs allow for this.

The bathroom and ensuite have walls tiled to the ceiling to provide a long lasting finish for walls exposed to moisture. The finished look is also very appealing.

The entry, halls, toilet, laundry, kitchen, pantry, dining and living areas have tiled floors. 

Bedrooms and lounge areas are finished with carpet flooring.

External portico and alfresco areas and also tiled to provide a great style to your outside areas.

You will never run out of hot water as our homes have Rheem Metro 26L gas continuous flow water heaters. These have a 6 star energy efficiency rating so your hot water will also cost less.

To help keep you power bills down we have as a minimum, R2.5 level insulation batts in the walls and R3.0 in the ceilings.

Everyone wants peace of mind when it comes to termites in their home. Our homes have a termite barrier and the wall frames have been treated to prevent termites.
